knife sets and cutlery

Our knife sets, single knives, and other cutlery are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover accidental loss, theft, or damage caused by improper use or storage. It is important to read and understand the care instructions included with your purchase to ensure your knives are properly cared for and last a long time. Damage to the knife caused by cutting hard objects such as bones, shellfish, frozen foods, and other hard materials is not covered under this warranty. Damage or defects to the knife or its handle caused by using a dishwasher, placing or immersing the knife in water, or not drying the knife immediately are not covered under this warranty. The following conditions caused by improper use are not covered under this warranty: rust, discoloration, dulling, scratches, bending, breakage, nicks, separation from the handle, or breakage of the blade; cracked or otherwise damaged handle. Cosmetic changes and other normal wear and tear are also not covered under this warranty. Sakura Blade reserves the right to request information, including pictures, and to inspect any items under this warranty statement, and will determine at its sole discretion whether any damage or defect is caused by improper use or a manufacturer defect. Items that do not meet the warranty claim conditions can be returned, and the cost will be borne by the customer.

Accessories and other non-tableware items

We also offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects for all accessories. This warranty does not cover accidental loss, theft, or damage caused by improper use or storage of the product. Please be sure to read and understand the care instructions included with your purchase to ensure your product is properly maintained and usable for its lifetime. Damage to accessories caused by improper use is not covered by this warranty. Cosmetic changes and other normal wear and tear are also not covered by this warranty. Sakura Blade reserves the right to request information, including pictures, and to inspect any items under this warranty statement, and will determine at its sole discretion whether any damage or defect is due to improper use or manufacturer defect. Items that do not qualify for a warranty claim may be returned at the customer's expense. 

Two-year accidental death protection plan

In addition to our robust lifetime warranty, we understand that accidents happen, and we want our customers to feel fully supported in any situation. That's why we're pleased to offer a comprehensive two-year accident protection plan. This extra coverage goes beyond the standard warranty, providing customers with additional security against accidents, spills, or drops. Our accident protection plan ensures our customers can rest assured that their investment is protected when unforeseen challenges arise. Through timely and hassle-free claims processing, our goal is to provide peace of mind and unparalleled support, making our products not only durable but also a safety net that lasts for two years after the initial purchase. Please note that this plan does not cover certain exceptions, such as theft. Appearance and related issues (such as rust and normal wear and tear during use) do not qualify for knife replacement. A claim can be made under this plan at any time within 2 years of the order date. Sakura Blade reserves the right to request further information on each claim as necessary and will make the final decision on eligible replacement claims under this plan.
